Monthly Meetings

The Fernley Republican Women meet the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Fernley High School Library, 1300 Hwy 95A, Fernley. Please come join us!

  • February 21, 2012 – 6:30 p.m. -  Steve Ranson, Editor of the Lahontan Valley News, will present an exciting slide show detailing his recent trip to Bahrain and Afghanistan.
  • March 20, 2012 – 6:30 p.m. - Our guest speaker will be Greg Bailor of the Nevada Republican Party (NRP). Greg will be sharing a wealth of information about the 2012 objectives of the NRP.
  • April 17, 2012 - 6:30 p.m. - Forum with Republican candidates for Lyon County Commission, Districts 1, 3 & 4.
  • May 15, 2012 - Forum with Republican candidates for Fernley City Council, Wards 2, 4 & 5. (tentative)

  • March 3, 2012 –Lyon County Republican Convention – Yerington
  • March 17, 2012, 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. – FRW Membership Reception is being held at the Masonic Bldg in Fernley, All members and associates are welcome, non-members/visitors/guests by invitation only. We'll serve hearty hors 'd oerves, with wine, iced tea and lemonade. Speaker is Committeewoman Heidi Smith.
  • May 4-5, 2012 –Nevada State Republican Convention - Sparks

Lyon County Republican Central Committee

Meetings of the LCRCC are held on the first Saturday of each month except when changes are made to accomodate holidays or scheduling conflicts.  The meetings begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and are usually done by noon.
